| I enjoy getting
members "plugged in" to our Church family and watching them use
their gifts and love for the Lord in service to his people. "Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God's grace in its various forms." 1 Peter 4:10 I also coordinate the many special events we do here at Trinity throughout the year. Some of these events are Volunteer Appreciation Breakfast, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Celebrate Summer, Educator's Sunday and any other special Sundays. I am humbled and thankful to be able to serve our Lord in this capacity at this wonderful and enlightening job. |

| My calling is to help the body that is Trinity Lutheran and the community of Papillion experience and worship God through music. Music has the power to open eyes and change lives. Music has completely molded my life and led me to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. My prayer is that music at Trinity will do the same for its members, visitors, and families. My heart is to help the body of Trinity discover, develop, and employ their musical gifts for the glory of God. | My job here at Trinity is to develop programs, events, retreats, Bible studies, and other opportunities for students and families to grow in their relationship with Christ. Discipleship is a key part of my focus as we at Trinity try to develop students and families that are dedicated to living a Christ like example in their daily lives. Feel free to stop into my office and challenge me to some foosball as well or carpet ball. | |

| Some people might call me crazy because I like hanging out with the junior high kids, but I'd do it regardless or whether I was on staff. My job is to bring guidance and direction to the youth program here at Trinity which is volunteer run. I lead a group of very dedicated adults who pour their hearts into the youth (5th grade through high school) of our church. Personally, I like all of the ages represented by our youth groups, but I do have a soft spot for junior high (probably because they drive most people nuts). And the adults aren't too bad either. I feel like I get more out of my job than I give as it is such a blessing to be in this position. | |

| I create the "big screen" Order of Worship and organize the power point technicians to run our worship services located at the Family Life Center. I develop the website through coordination with staff and members of the congregation. The volunteers that I work with and the flexibility provided to me make my job a pleasure. | |

| My responsibility as treasurer includes processing payroll and paying expenses. I track the income and expenses of the church and report to Pastor Riley and the Church Council. I am blessed to have a job that allows me time to spend with my family. | |

| Hi! I am Lynette Janssen and have been a member here at Trinity for 40 years. I assist during worship services and funerals, substitute as worship leader, do pastoral care to the hospitals and care facilities, assist with communion at worship and do home bound communion. I very much enjoy this aspect of my spiritual life. | |
