Our Winter Weather Policy:

Trinity makes every attempt to maintain our ministry through inclement weather while considering the safety of those we serve. Conditions can be different in the broad region we serve, making it difficult to make weather-related ministry decisions. Therefore, in all weather situations, we expect people to use their own best judgment for issues of safety. The unpredictable and rapidly changing nature of weather can cause exceptions to the policy.

Normally, the following will be our policy:

  • When Papillion-LaVista Public School is cancelled or if students are sent home early due to weather, Trinity activities for children and youth will also be cancelled that day.
  • If the weather changes late in the day or overnight and church ministries are cancelled, every effort will be made to contact all those involved by phone and email. Individual team leaders will make the determination if their group will not meet. If cancelling, an email will be sent and/or phone calls made.
  • Worship services will not be cancelled.

Photo Usage Policy:

Trinty's staff or one of Trinity's representatives may take photos or video of bytanders or participants in our events or programs. These photos may be used in future publications, media, website, etc. If you would prefer you or your child(ren)s photos not be used please notify the church office in writing at info@trinitylife.org.
